Apartment and row-house data comes from Statistics Finland's open postal-code-level price statistics (back to 2009). Detached houses are priced from the National Land Survey of Finland's open land-registry statistics (back to 2000), since those sell as real property rather than housing-company shares and only report a median sale price rather than a price per square metre. Address search is OpenStreetMap Nominatim. Available in Finnish, English, and Swedish.
